A client relationship is established only when the parties enter into an applicable agreement or otherwise expressly agree to begin services.

5. Proposals and Service Agreements

Specific client services may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where a signed service agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written contract exists, that agreement controls the specific business relationship and services. Digital marketing services may depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Google Business Profile, social media platforms, search engines, advertising platforms, hosting providers, CRM platforms, email providers, SMS providers, analytics platforms, and other software and technology providers. Bold Vision SEO is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms outside its reasonable control.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients may be responsible for providing accurate and timely business information, branding assets, website access, platform access, content, images, credentials, approvals, legal disclosures, advertising information, and other documentation where relevant. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access, or client decisions may affect project timelines.
